Life Teen at St. Joan of Arc is for grades 9-12 and meets on Sunday nights after the 5:30 Life Teen Mass in the Youth Room.
EDGE at St. Joan of Arc is for grades 6-8 and meets on Monday nights from 7-8:15 in the Youth Room.
March 7, 2010: Movie Night - The Core Team has been away on a retreat this weekend resting up for the final three months of the school year. We have a lot of stuff going on so a Sabbath was in order. I have the popcorn. Andrea has the movie. What more do you need?

 30 Hour Famine
Mark your calendars. The 30 Hour Famine will be the weekend of April 24-25th. The retreat is open to 7-12th graders and the cost is at least $20. If you collect more than $100, you will get a gift. All proceeds from the 30 Hour Famine will go to Haiti. Look to the side under "Materials" for the registration form.  Inuagural Summer Mission Trip
Spend the first week of summer in the Appalachian Mountains serving the poor of Louisa, Kentucky.We are still working on the details of what we will be doing but it will be during the week of June 21-25. The trip is open to current 8th graders and high school students. The cost of the trip is $150 with first $50 payment due on March 15, 2010. The next two payments are due on April, 15th and May 15th. Don't miss out. Only the first 20 teens to register with their $50 deposit will be able to go. Look to the side under "Materials" for the registration form.  World Youth Day 2011
It may seem like a long time away but it’s time to start planning our trip. If you are or will be between the ages of 16-30 by August 10th, 2011 and want to go see Pope Benedict XVI, call John in the Youth Office at 533- 1721 for more information. Come be a part of the Universal Church.
 Wednesday Night Bible Study
The second, fourth, and possibly the fifth Wednesday of the month, we will gather in the Youth Room from 7-8:30 pm to take a journey through the Bible. For the rest of the school year, we will take a look at St. Paul's letter.
 Friday Night Eucharistic Adoration
The first and third Friday's of the month, we gather in the church from 6:30-7:30 pm in front of the Blessed Sacrament to pray for the ministries of Life Teen and EDGE here at St. Joan of Arc. Come spend some time with our Lord.
 Friday Freebies
Every Friday from 3-4:30, we meet at the Cocoa Perk for something warm (or cold if that's your style) to drink. Come hang out even if it's for a little while. EVERYTHING IS FREE, courtesy of John.
