What counts in life is not the mere fact that we have lived. It is what difference we have made to the lives of others that will determine the significance of the life we lead. - Nelson Mandela When people hear the term “Stewardship” they tend to relate it to money or monetary gifts. While it is true that this type of stewardship is greatly needed to support the Church and our parish community, it often seems to overshadow the gifts of time and talent. We are called to share all of God’s gifts... Time, Talent and Treasure.
St. Joan of Arc is a very large parish (the third largest in our Diocese!) supporting about 70 individual ministries. If you have any time or talents you are willing to share, we could greatly benefit from your generosity. Please prayerfully consider this request. If you are unsure where your gifts can best be used, please contact Jackie Abel in the parish office at 533-7168 ext. 121 or email jabel@stjoanhershey.org As with the gift of treasure, anything you have to offer is always appreciated. Even the smallest gifts can make a significant impact. The Diocese of Harrisburg is once again working with Hersheypark® to offer tickets at a substantial discount to parishioners and their families. If you would like to order tickets for the 2016 summer season (valid any public operating day), complete the order form below and submit it to the parish office with payment by April 25th, 2016. ![]()
Tickets are still available for the School's 2016 Night of Knights Gala. Information is available on the school website here
We would like to express our gratitude to this week's bulletin sponsor, Lisa's Cafe. Thank you for your continued support!
