Keeping up with current events, did you know the slain State Trooper was a devout Catholic? It's always a comfort to see our religion in the news under a positive spotlight! May God bless and comfort this man's family.

The parish is currently holding an online silent auction to benefit the Heart of the Parish Fund. There are several nice items that have been generously donated to our parish. The Heart of the Parish fund was established many years ago by Msgr. Bierster to help pay down the debt of the parish. We have been blessed over the years with some very generous tithing contributions and bequests. Due to this generosity we were able to pay off the debt of the parish and are currently debt free. The Heart of the Parish fund has since been repurposed for general repairs and maintenance. With such a large church property and many older buildings, there is currently a great need for repairs and upgrades in many of the facilities for which the general operating budget does not allow.
The silent auction is now live on our website. Some of the featured items are a large marble crucifix, dinner with our parish priests, a pieta statue and tickets to the Harrisburg Symphony Orchestra. You are invited to take a look at what is available and place a bid for anything that interest you. Thank you in advance for your support and happy bidding!

The youth who attend Edge or LifeTeen had a custom "Welcome Back" sign waiting for them a few weeks ago when the new year kicked off. Who would have guessed the new fence would serve so many purposes?!?
