Areba Club of HersheyThe purpose of the Areba Club of Hershey is to promote the spiritual, physical, mental, and emotional well-being of the mature citizens of our community and to provide appropriate activities and service to our members and to promote sociability along with low-cost travel opportunities. The Areba Club is open to adults over 50 years of age in the area, regardless of race, ethnicity, or religion. We strive to provide an interesting atmosphere at monthly meetings by arranging informative and entertaining programs, with a social hour and refreshments. Meetings are held on the third Tuesday of the month, at 1:00 PM in the St. Joan of Arc Parish Social Hall, located at 359 W. Areba Ave., Hershey, PA. MEMBERSHIP GUIDELINES: The Areba Club operates on a calendar year from January 1 to December 31. MEMBERSHIP DUES: Dues (both new and renewal) of $15.00 per year per person are payable to the Treasurer in December for the coming year. |

Membership Information
Membership Guidelines:
The Areba Club operates on a calendar year from January 1 to December 31.
Membership Dues:
Dues (both new and renewal) of $15.00 per year per person are payable September – December for the coming year. Members who winter in the south may prepay dues prior to leaving the area.

Travel Rules for Trip Participation
1. We will honor current CDC and Travel Agency guidelines concerning COVID and any necessary requirements or restrictions for travel.
2. Trip cost refunds are given:
a. If a replacement traveler is found.
b. If you cancel before final count of Travelers is made.
3. Space is limited. Therefore, it is highly recommended you place a $20 deposit ASAP on each of the trips you like. Remember, if you cancel before final payment is due (6 weeks before trip departure) your deposit will be refunded.
4. Reservations are made by sending the reservation form at the bottom of each brochure along with your deposit or full payment to Al Casciotti at the address on the brochure. All payments must be made by check, separate check per trip, with the trip date on the memo line of your check.
a. $20 deposits or full payment checks payable to Areba Club Travel.
b. Full payment is required six (6) weeks before date of trip.
5. The back of the reservation form should be used to indicate special needs, special seating on the bus as well as emergency contact information.
6. Assigned seating on the bus is determined by:
a. Special needs as indicated by the Traveler on the reservation form.
b. Front to Back seating in the order of final payment received. If you want to sit near the front of the bus, pay in full early.
c. Attempt to keep groups traveling together in close proximity. You must indicate on the reservation form who your traveling companions are.
