We are a tithing parish following God's plan for giving. Tithing is God's plan to support His Church.

Together, we are called to be co-stewards of the mission of the Church, accountable ultimately not only as individuals but as a part of the faith community. We are connected to each other as the Body of Christ. Our financial support helps the community of faith to continue growing and faithfully share in the ongoing mission of Jesus. Parishioners can contribute to the parish through weekly giving with a church envelope or by electronic giving. Envelopes for contributions are available through the office and are provided upon registration as a parishioner.

What does tithing mean?
The word tithe in the Bible means “the tenth.” God funds His work in the world by His people giving a tenth of their income. Tithing is an act of faith in which God invites every one to participate. In leading a God-honoring life, a tithe is the entry level for giving.

There are many examples of people in the Bible honoring God with the first 10% of their income: Abram – after God gave him victory in battle (Genesis 14:20); Jacob – in trusting God to honor His promises (Genesis 28:22); and all of Israel – in recognizing that everything belongs to God (Leviticus 27:30).
