Extraordinary Minister Mandate Renewal
All current Extraordinary Ministers are asked to renew their mandate within the next three years. Sessions will be offered throughout that time period. To renew a mandate, the registration form should be submitted by the pastor to the Office of the Bishop. To view the most current dates, please click here.
All registration forms must be submitted through your Parish with your Pastor’s signature and the Parish seal. Registration Forms are to be submitted to the Office of the Bishop two weeks prior to the event. All questions regarding Extraordinary Minister Training and Formation sessions may be directed to Thony Crum-Ewing at 717-736-1181. Please note that these Ongoing Formation Sessions for the renewal of a mandate to be an Extraordinary Minister of Holy Communion are not open to those applying for the first time to be Extraordinary Ministers. Those training sessions are separate and the registration form for those is also available online on the Diocese page for Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion.
