As we celebrate this holiday, let’s remember all of those that passed away in active service. This Memorial Day and weekend let’s take a moment to offer your own gesture of thanks to our men and women serving abroad and at home, as well as their families, and reflect on these men and women who have made the ultimate sacrifice.

A small act of kindness could include:

• Sending a message of thanks to our troops or to a military family
• Offering an hour of service to feed those military men and women
• Bringing a lunch to a neighbor that has a family member serving abroad
