Ann Helen (Carr) Cudlipp, 87, of Hershey, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 12, 2016 in the M.S. Hershey Medical Center. She was born Friday, July 20, 1928 in Brooklyn, NY to the late Michael and Maria (Pfeiffer) Carr. She was predeceased by her loving husband, Wellington E. Cudlipp in 2011.
Ann retired from Hofstra University where she was the secretary to the Dean of the Library. She faithfully attended Church of the Holy Spirit in Palmyra and St. Joan of Arc in Hershey. Ann resided at Country Meadows and appreciated the "family" she had there. She was an avid bowler and loved a good garage sale, but most importantly Ann loved and cherished her family. She is survived by 4 children, Susan A. Craig and husband John, Michael J. Cudlipp and wife Frances, Edward A. Cudlipp, II and wife Roseann, and Jane M. Bisco and husband David; 10 grandchildren, Erin Thomas and husband Joel, Matt Craig and wife Jenny, Katie Craig, Zoe and Donovan Bisco, Gabrielle Cudlipp, Kerryann, Emily, and Mariah Cudlipp, and Kayle Neubert; 4 great-grandchildren, Ryan, Tyler, Wesley, and Rachael Craig; and 2 siblings, William Carr and Mary Lazarz. She was predeceased by a brother, Frank Carr. Funeral Services will be held Friday, January 16, 2016 at 10 AM at Rothermel-Finkenbinder Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 25 W. Pine St., Palmyra 17078. Family and friends are invited for viewing from 9 AM until time of the service. Burial will be at 11:30 AM in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her honor to Santa's Bowling Bash, c/o Northwest Savings Bank 1048 E. Main St., Palmyra 17078.
