BERTHA KATHRYN DOBSON (nee Pomianek), age 100, passed away August 25, 2014 at her home surrounded by her loving family. Wife of the late Jesse Dobson. Beloved mother of Susan King and Nancy Manion. She also leaves to mourn her passing 2 brothers and one sister. Also survived by 5 grand-children, 9 great grandchildren and 5 great great grand-children. Bertha was preceded in death by her granddaughters, Mary Ellen Konschak Farinella and Karen Konschak Transue (John). Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Viewing Friday, 9:30-10:30 A.M., at St. Charles Borromeo Church, 1731 Hulmeville Rd., Bensalem, PA 19020, followed by her Funeral Mass at 10:30 A.M. Rite of Committal Lawnview Cem. Arr.

Warren J. Moeller, 52, of Londonderry Township, Dauphin County, passed away Sunday, August 24, 2014 at his home.
Born May 13, 1962 in Abington, he was a son of the late Anthony W., Sr., and Erma C. (Miller) Moeller and was also preceded in death by a son Jeffrey W. Moeller. He was self-employed in home remodeling for 21 years. Surviving are his wife Sandra (Grove) Moeller; children Zachary R. Moeller, Cory J. Moeller, and Joshua W. Moeller; siblings Anthony Moeller, Jr., John Moeller, Mary Kinkley, Richard Morris, Tom Slavin, and Shelly Emery; and granddaughter Ava Moeller. Interment in Grand View Memorial Park, Annville at the convenience of the family. Born December 9, 1925 in Koromla-Csatka, Hungary, Elizabeth was educated by the order of St. Ursuline in Budapest and in Sopron, and was graduated with a degree in elementary education. She married Kristof Peter Frauenhoffer August 15, 1949 and lived in Sopron. She and her family left Hungary in 1956 and emigrated to the United States in 1957 following the Hungarian Revolution.
An avid homemaker, baker, and gardener, Elizabeth was a devoted and beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She volunteered as a substitute teacher in schools. She was a faithful member of St. Joan of Arc Roman Catholic Church in Hershey, PA and prior to that, St. John Chrysostom Church in Wallingford, PA. She was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, Kristof, by her son Dr. Christopher Frauenhoffer of Princeton, NJ, and by her four elder brothers and her parents. She is survived by her son Andrew and his wife Linda, of Danville, KY, her daughter Dr. Elizabeth Frauenhoffer of Hummelstown, her daughter-in-law Dr. Suzanne Frauenhoffer, six grandchildren (Susan, Christine, Rachel, Joanna, John, and Kristen), two great-grandchildren (Hunter and Harper), several nieces and nephews, and their children and grandchildren, residing in Oregon, Washington, Montana, Kentucky, Florida, Germany, and Hungary. Visitation from 6 - 8:00 pm with recitation of the rosary and Evening Prayer (Vespers) at 7:00 pm will be at the Buse Funeral Home, 2 East Main Street, Hummelstown, PA, on Friday August 29, 2014 and visitation from 9:30 to 10:00 am on Saturday August 30, 2014. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:30 am on Saturday August 30, 2014 at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church, 359 West Areba Avenue, Hershey, PA. Burial will take place at Hershey Cemetery immediately following the Mass. "Dick" Stewart, Jr., 81, of West Hanover Township and formerly of Hummelstown, passed away Monday, August 25, 2014, in the Harrisburg Hospital.
Born in Somers Point, NJ, on February 11, 1933, he was the son of the late Richard P., Sr., and Ethel M. Smith Stewart. Dick retired as the Regional Manager for health insurance from the Anthem Insurance Agency in Illinois, and was a car salesman for the former Warner Motors, Hummelstown, and Sutliff Cadillac, Mechanicsburg. He was a 1951 graduate of Ocean City High School, Ocean City, NJ, and a 1955 graduate of Rutgers University, New Brunswick, NJ. Dick served in the U.S. Army having reached the rank of Second Lieutenant. He was an active member of St. Joan of Arc Roman Catholic Church, Hershey, where he served as an usher for over 30 years. Dick was a charter member and the first President of the Hummelstown Optimist Club, an office he held several times; and held positions with Optimist International as the Governor of the Pennsylvania and Upper Delaware District, and Lieutenant Governor of the Harrisburg District. He was a coach of the former Fuzzy Few Organization Girls' Softball Team, Hummelstown. Dick was an avid golfer; collected watches; and enjoyed watching sports mainly the Phillies, Eagles, and Lower Dauphin High School games. He was a very personable man who enjoyed being with people, but most important to Dick was spending time with his family especially during vacations to the beach. Dick is survived by his beloved wife, Mildred M. Denan Stewart, whom he married in October of 1956; two daughters, Lee Anne Doman and her significant other Gary E. Miles of Mountville, and Gwen A. Stewart and her significant other Kim A. Brink of Steelton; and one granddaughter, Jennifer L. Lewis wife of David B. of Haddon Township, NJ. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday, August 29, 2014, at 1 PM in St. Joan of Arc Roman Catholic Church, 359 West Areba Avenue, Hershey. Interment will be in the Hershey Cemetery. Friends will be received Thursday, August 28, 2014, from 7 to 9 PM in the Trefz & Bowser Funeral Home, Inc. 114 West Main Street, Hummelstown. Rosary will be recited Thursday at 6:45 PM in the funeral home. He was born on January 29, 1950 in Brooklyn, NY and was the son of the late Frank and Rose Ferro Genova. Frank was retired from the Internal Revenue Service as a Pension Specialist, a member of St. Joan of Arc Roman Catholic Church, Hershey, Pa., former member of St. Barnabes Choir, Glen Mohr Corale and Hummelstown Field and Stream. He was a graduate of St. John's University Queens, NY and enjoyed cooking, antique firearms, reloading ammunition and sport shooting. He is survived by his loving wife Mary Beth Genova Wucher, of Hummelstown; brother-in-law Harold Wucher and wife Patty of Manheim; sister in laws Claire Schlyfestone and husband Steven of Etters and Carol Lombardozzi and husband Anthony of Hummelstown; loving nieces and nephews, great nieces and great nephews; his best friends, Frank Dimario, Daniel McLaughlin, and Joseph DiBlasi. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday August 16, 2014 at 11:00a.m. at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church, 359 W. Areba Avenue Hershey, Pa. Burial will follow at Hillsdale Cemetery, Middletown. A visitation will be held on Friday August 15, 2014 from 7p.m. to 9p.m. at the Matinchek and Daughter Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc. 260 E. Main St. Middletown. James F. Horn, 70, of 1160 Park Drive, Palmyra passed away Wednesday July 30, 2014 in his residence surrounded by family after an extended struggle with Hodgkin's Lymphoma and Paraneoplastic Cerebral Syndrome. Jim was the husband of Nancy I. (Boger) Horn with whom he celebrated 47 loving years.
Born in Lebanon on April 7, 1944, he was the son of the late Joseph A. and Catherine I. (Kimmel) Horn. Jim was a Public Accountant serving the area for almost 50 years. Jim was a 1962 graduate of Lebanon Catholic High School, a 1965 graduate of Thompson Institute, and a member of the Church of the Holy Spirit in Palmyra where he served his parish as a Eucharistic minister. He was a 4th Degree Knight in the Knights of Columbus. Jim was a charter member of the Hershey-Palmyra Sertoma Club and treasurer since its inception in 1975 where he was honored three times as Sertoman of the Year. He was also a member of Mt. Olivet Masonic Lodge #704, F.&A.M. Lebanon, and served with the Pennsylvania Army National Guard from 1966-1972. Surviving in addition to his wife is a son James R. husband of Kristine Horn of Hershey, two daughters Karen E. wife of Francis Gallagher of Bethel, CT, Kathleen M. wife of Robert A. Wicker of Palmyra, 10 grandchildren, a brother Kenneth R. Horn of Lancaster, and a sister Carol A. wife of Kenneth J. Turcott of Pompton Plains, NJ. He was preceded in death by a brother Joseph D. Horn. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday August 4, 2014 at St. Joan of Arc Church, 305 W. Areba Avenue, Hershey at 11:00 AM. Interment will be in Holy Cross Cemetery, Lebanon. Viewings will be held on Sunday evening from 5-7 PM at the Kreamer Funeral Home, 618 E. Main Street, Annville and Monday morning 9:30-10:30am at St. Joan of Arc Church. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in his name to Hershey-Palmyra Sertoma Club, P.O.
