Deloris (Rossi) Yoter Summers, 85, of Palmyra, PA, died peacefully Saturday, June 3, 2017, at The Gardens of Palmyra.
She was born in Hershey, PA on April 29, 1932 to the late Louis and Evelyn (Powell) Rossi. She is preceded in death by her 1st husband, Robert Yoter, Sr., and her sisters Betty Barrett and Virginia Startoni. She is survived by her husband, Charles Summers of Palmyra, and her children Bonnie Reifsnyder (Robert, Sr.), Hershey, PA, Robert Yoter, Jr., Hope, Alaska, Linda Cooper, Southampton, PA, Richard Yoter (Elena), Hope, Alaska, Dianna Sherman (Josh), Hatboro, PA, and a step-son, Dale Summers (Linda) of Palmyra, PA; her sisters June Corrado,of Harrisburg, PA and Dianna Bowman, of Huntingdon, PA; 11 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. She was a member of the St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church and the Women's Committee in Hershey and was also a member of the Hershey Italian Lodge. She retired from Hershey Foods where she was a lab technician. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Thursday, June 8, 2017, at St. Joan of Arc Church, 359 W. Areba Ave., Hershey, PA 17033 at 11AM; the family will begin receiving guests at 10 AM. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Four Diamonds Fund c/o Hershey Med. Ctr,. P.O. Box 850, Hershey, PA 17033.Interment will be in the Hershey Cemetery.
