Jo Ann M. McGinness (1946 - 2016)

Jo Ann M. McGinness 69 of Harrisburg, died Tuesday, October 4, 2016 at Colonial Park Care Center.

Jo Ann was born in Tarrytown, NY and was the daughter of the late Steven and Helen (Bobot) Stroub. She was retired from Pepsi Cola, where she worked in advertisement. She was a member of ASPCA, World Wildlife Federation animal rescue and Ocean Conservation. She was a member of St. Joan of Arc Roman Catholic Church.

Jo Ann was predeceased by her brother, Stephen Stroub, Sr.

Jo Ann is survived by her niece, Stephanie Stroub Sellen of Harrisburg; her nephew, Stephen Stroub, Jr. of Nevada.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, October 6, 2016 at 11 A.M. at St. Joan of Arc Roman Catholic Church, 359 W Areba Ave, Hershey. The Rev. Steven Arena will be the Celebrant.

Memorial Contributions may be made to North Shore ASPCA, 16 Lewyt Street, Port Washington, NY 11050 or to the Guiding Eyes for the Blind, 611 Granite Springs Road, Yorktown Heights, NY 10598.
