Margaret Beatty (1945-2022)

​Margaret J. Beatty, 76, of Harrisburg passed away on July 3, 2022 in the Capital Rehabilitation and Health Center.

She was born September 28, 1945 in Bay Shore, New York, the daughter of the late Christian and Margaret (Hartigan) Wolf.

She earned her Bachelors Degree from SUNY Oneonta and her Masters Degree from Hofstra University. She had been a self employed piano teacher for many years.

Margaret was the widow of John J. Beatty and is survived by her children, Christian Beatty of East Northport, NY and his wife Maile; Aron Beatty of Hershey, PA and his wife Diana; and Jeanine Beatty-Chadha of Hershey, PA and her husband Devesh. She is also survived by her five grandchildren.

A private memorial mass was held at St. Joan of Arc Roman Catholic Church in Hershey. Interment will be private in Hershey Cemetery.
