Mary "Beta" Hixon (1914 - 2017)

Mary "Beta" (Piconi) Hixon, 102, of Hummelstown, passed away on February 17, 2017 in Spangcrest Manor in Lebanon.

She was born December 19, 1914 in Union Furnace, PA, daughter of the late Angelo and Giovanna Piconi.

Mary attended St. Joan of Arc Church in Hershey; and she was a member of their Areba Club and the St. Lawrence Club in Steelton.

Mary is survived by; sister, Mae Piconi, many nieces & nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by husbands, Michael Stulich and Elden Hixon.

A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, February 22, 2017 at 2 PM in the Hoover Funeral Homes & Crematory, Inc. of Hershey. The family will begin receiving guests at 1:30 PM.
Inurnment will be in the Hummelstown Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family prefers memorial contributions be made to Heart of the Parish Fund, c/o St. Joan of Arc Church, 359 West Areba Ave. Hershey, PA 17033.
