Stephen Butsko (1927 - 2017)

Stephen Butsko, 89, of Hershey, passed away in his home on February 3, 2017. He was born August 6, 1927 in Pottsville, a son of the late Alex and Anna (Sczerba) Butsko .

Stephen was a World War II Marine Corps Veteran and was a retired employee of the U.S. Postal Service. He was a member of St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church in Hershey.

Stephen is survived by his wife, Caroline (Bonat) Butsko; four children, Cheryl (Dale) Geib, Geary Butsko, Darla Pronio, Alan Butsko; 11 grandchildren and 14 Great Grandchildren; Brothers, Metro, Frank and Harry; sister, Katie Quick.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, February 9, 2017 at 11:00 am in the Hoover Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., Hershey. Viewing will be from 10:00am until time of service on Thursday. Interment will be in the Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Compassionate Care Hospice, 1531 Cedar Cliff Drive Suite 100Camp Hill, PA 17011.
