Thomas A. Ring (1957-2023)

Tom Ring, 65, of West Hanover Township, passed away on June 5, 2023 with his family by his side. He was born October 29, 1957 in Syracuse, NY, the son of the late Robert Ring and Marilyn (Garbinsky) Ring currently of Elizabethtown.

Tom was a 1975 graduate of Hershey High School and was a retired employee of PennDOT. He was a member of Hershey VFW Post #3502, American Legion Post #265, and Middletown Hunters and Anglers. A cottage on Lake Ontario is where he spent most of his summers boating and fishing. He was an avid golfer, hunter, and angler. He was an enthusiastic supporter of the University of Syracuse Lacrosse and Basketball teams.

In addition to his Mother, surviving are his wife, Jan "Goldie" Ring; daughter, Jacy Ring; sister, Deborah (Wayne) Ebersole; sister, Kathleen (Stephen) Morris; nephew and niece, Matthew and Stephanie Ebersole; and his beloved dog, Lizzie.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, June 13, 2023 at 11:30 am in the St. Joan of Arc Roman Catholic Church, 359 West Areba Avenue, Hershey. Visitation will be from 10:30am - 11:30am at the church.
